This picture was a “lucky” shot. I saw the crows fly behind the house. The first couple flew back to the front and I was ready! LOL!! Didn’t realize he had something in his beak until I downloaded the picture. I changed it to black and white because the crow itself didn’t have any definition. Wish I knew what he had in his beak though. 253/365.

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a katydid. I was just walking by my Crepe Myrtle tree and he was just sitting there looking at me! It was interesting to watch his antenna move with me as I went around him. 252/365.
